once tightened pass the needle acroos the 2 cords, |
introduce the needle into the centre of the cord using the opening of the last passage, |
hide the extrémity inside the cord, it’s finished... |

| | 1st passage at 40 cm, conserve 20 cm of cord and make 1 passage 2 / 3 cm before the first passage, |
prick at 20 cm on the inside of the loop, |
Once tightened make 2 passages from one part to the other of the central cord, |
introduce the needle into the centre of the cord, hide the extrémity inside the cord, it’s finished... |
